About Susan Karl

With 30 years of clinical mental health experience, I have tremendous compassion for peoples suffering. I regard healing our wounds as a sacred process. My gift is in gently

helping people transform their suffering into profound self acceptance and love. I help clients clear and heal deep wounding and gently guide them to release thoughts and perceptions that interfere with their sense of well-being.. I use a combination of modalities including Somatic Experiencing and EMDR and UnconditionalPresence.

I work with a wide array of clients and mental health issues including (but not limited to), anxiety, panic attacks, childhood and trauma, sex abuse, grief, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, eating disorders, codependency issues and adult children and family members of alcoholics.

Through our work together, you will release the traumas that you have been stored within your body.

and naturally evolve towards self-love and compassion. You will learn tools to listen to and honor your own body and voice. You will overcome your anxiety depression and confusion and feel empowered to make positive choices for yourself.
