About Caryn L. Corenblum
Caryn has been coaching individuals to experience and live as more authentic versions of themselves for over fifteen years. Most recently Caryn took a deep dive into Neuroscience and received her Post Grad Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership. In 2005 Caryn participated in a three year training program of Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP). Caryn learned how working through the body/mind could be for healing childhood wounds.It IS possible to experience life with more pleasure, satisfaction, connection, and meaning. As a leadership executive coach Caryn assists clients withdeveloping concrete skills for improving decision making and problem solving, self-regulation, collaboration with others and facilitating change in themselves and others. Prior to working as a coach , Caryn was Executive Director of a nonprofit organization facilitating leadership for diversity and prior to that, as an attorney. Caryn is a life long learner and is currently pursuing wellness coaching certification, Attachment Therapy training with Diane Poole Heller. Caryn is a practioner of pilates, yoga and mindfulness.
