About Michelle Dick
I am a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I value a wholistic approach to therapy and assessment that supports body, mind, and spirit.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I work with children and adults whose lives have been affected by traumatic experiences, parent-child attachment difficulties, emotional injuries, psychiatric illness, and learning disabilities.
Drawn to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I work with my clients in a manner that supports the body's innate healing capacity for trauma resolution and emotional and psychological resilience.
