About Ann Elizabeth Hall
Ann E Hall, MS, LPC Ann Hall Counseling Services, PLLC
I have been practicing psychotherapy in some form since 1983. My experience is varied including an academic setting, in-patient, agency, intensive out-patient services. I am currently in private practice in Tucson, Arizona. During those years I have trained in many different modalities that have enhanced my knowledge and use of SE. Some of these include Adlerian theory, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodrama, PSYCH-K, and Brainspotting which is a derivative of EMDR. I was also a trainer for Focusing which is a therapy developed by Gene Gendlin to acknowledge and work with the “felt sense” and is the conduit to body sensation in SE. All this to say that I am constantly training and learning and I feel it reflects my own journey of exploring what works. This background also gives me a variety of tools to employ while utilizing SE as the basis of how I operate as a therapist.
I have been part of the SE community since 2008. I became an SEP in 2012 after 3 years of study with Steve Hopkinson, Raja Selvam and Kathy Kain as my faculty. I have also attended several master classes with Peter Levine and Raja Selvam.
I am on several panels for insurance so that you can get SE through your plan. I have 2 offices. One is in Tucson and the other in Oro Valley. I try to keep my schedule so that I can take new patients in a timely manner. Please feel free to visit my website at annhallcounseling.com or I also have a bio on Psychology Today.
