About Nadia Abou-Seda

Thank you for visiting my profile! This may be an overwhelming time for you. I am happy to work with you and support you in regaining your true self and your inner peace! My approach is strength-based. I genuinely believe that you and I have an innate ability to heal! Allow me to join you in your healing path!

I am a Clinical Therapist with a B.S.W., an Assaulted Women & Children's Counsellor diploma, and MA in Counselling Psychology. I have been working as a therapist for over 8 yrs. supporting widely diverse individuals (children, adolescents, adults, & seniors), with a variety of mental health issues i.e. trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, & relationship issues.

I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space to support you to regain your inner equilibrium so you can thrive and reach your potential. I adopt an eclectic approach and draw from evidence-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to name a few.
