About Neal Winblad, MFT, SEP

FIRST SESSION IS FREE! ~As a therapist with over 33 years of experience, I work with individuals, couples, and families using Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Rolf Structural Integration, and spiritual development to help resolve past wounds and hurts, and to help solve today's challenges in living. Clients tend to find me very grounded, steady, loving, supportive, and knowledgeable, as well as competent. ~I assist in SE training classes and offer study groups, in person and by Skype, to participants in SETI training classes. I am approved at all levels for personal sessions, and at the beginning level for individual case consultations .~I have been a speaker at national conferences and a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley.~Being married for over 38 years, I work with a lot of couples to improve the quality of their relationships and communications as well as using their relationship as a vehicle for personal and spiritual growth.~I participate in continuing education, training with Larry Heller's NeuroAffective Relational Model. I have completed these Master Classes with Peter Levine: Emotions and Memory Eye of the Needle; Polyvagal and Visceral, Depression and Aggression, as well as studying directly with Peter for a year in the late 80's.
