About Alicia Morgan
I am a therapist practicing in Northern Westchester. I am part of a group practice called Partners-in-Healing that I helped start over 25 years ago. I have a background in Gestalt therapy (graduate of the post-graduate intensive training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland), and I am trained as a Phoenix Rising Yoga therapist.
In addition to SE, I am trained in and use EMDR and Brain Spotting in my practice. I have also completed Diane Poole Heller's DARE training on attachment trauma.
I work with couples, adults, and adolescents, and also offer group therapy.
My interest in helping people to heal from past trauma led to my study of somatic experiencing.
I find working with developmental trauma is a very powerful way to help my clients to get past blocks and move forward in their lives.
